Ticket information
Only a maximum of 6 tickets per user can be purchased in the pre-sale and 6 tickets per user and card in the general sale. Tickets exceeding this number may be cancelled.
Reduced mobility and accompanying persons information
If you have reduced mobility, you must write to help@madnesslive.es before making any purchase. We must process the "Reduced mobility tickets" and "Companion tickets" (if necessary). You must be able to prove your condition with an official document on the day of the event. Without this proof, you will not be able to access the venue. All tickets for the reduced mobility area have been managed through help@madnesslive.es and the purchase of general tickets will in no case give you access to the enabled reduced mobility area.
Information for minors
Minors under 16 years of age may only enter the venue accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no price distinction for minors, being the same as for any other general admission.

Final schedules will be posted approximately one week before the event.
